All items are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects. If your item is found to be faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund it (excluding shipping fees). To qualify for a return, items must include the original packaging, accessories, and paperwork. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty; in that case, we will cover the cost of the replacement or refund. If the item is not faulty, you will need to cover return shipping and a 15% handling fee may apply. Please note that evidence of damage, tampering, or the use of unapproved software will void the warranty.
