Solution for fast turn signal bulbs blinking response after installing LED light bulbs. Not designed for constantly working bulbs ( Day time running light, fog light, Vehicle lamp LED bulbs). Resistors may become very hot and melt plastic nearby, so please pay attention where they are mounted. 

Alert: Load Resistors heat up like Halogen bulbs. They get really hot when working. Mount them on metal surface by screws (not included). Keep resistors inches away from plastic parts.

You may connect the wires with the splice taps provided (quick but maybe not solid). Or you may cut the wires and connect them more solidly.
